1:1 Coaching
Coaching with me is a partnership, rooted first and foremost in your relationship to yourself. It's a place to bring whatever you want to create, change, or explore in your life. Things like where you want to take your career or vocation, how you want to show up in your leadership, a project you want to get off the ground, or a sense of who you are that doesn't quite match how you've been living.
Wherever you are, that's where we start.
You are the expert on your life. I am here to help you notice what you may not be able to see from inside yet, and to work with what we find so you can create what you want with more of yourself on board.
Our work together
Every coaching relationship is different and our work together is tailored to what you are working on. Here's how the process tends to go.
Get curious
We start looking at what's underneath the things you bring. Most of us have layers of protection, habits, and old stories running in the background that made a lot of sense at one point. Some of those might be ripe for an update. We get to know them with honesty and compassion, not to get rid of them, but to understand what they've been doing for you.
Get real
When we do that, these patterns tend to loosen their grip on their own, not because you pushed through them, but because they didn't need to work so hard anymore. More of your genuine self becomes available, and from there we start experimenting: trying new ways of showing up, testing what works, and bringing what you learn back to our conversations.

Get free
This is where your relationship to yourself starts showing up in your actual life. Things like trusting your own instincts more, following through on ideas you've been circling, going after what you want without apologizing for wanting it. Life starts to feel less prescribed and more like yours.
The partnership
This dedicated coaching partnership gives you enough time and space to go deep on what matters to you, and stay with it long enough to see real shifts.

Resources when they're useful
Coaching is built on trust, and being transparent about money is part of how I build it. Payment plans are available, and if the cost or commitment doesn't fit where you are right now, reach out anyway. Accessibility is important to me and I'd rather have a conversation about what works than have logistics be the reason we don't connect.
What people say
My winding road here
On paper my career doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Wedding photographer, youth facilitator, teaching artist, designer and creative director, team leader, community builder, fundraiser, tech company learning and development lead, program designer, certified ontological coach, retreat creator, marketing consultant…
For a long time I thought my non-linearity was a problem. I kept comparing myself to people who picked a field and stuck with it, wondering if something was wrong with me. What I have come to see is that the thread through all of it is the same:
I walk into a space, see what's possible, and work with people to build toward it. Even when it seems impossible.
At 21 that looked like initiating and organizing a four-month US tour for a band from Zimbabwe, including sorting out visas, booking gigs, finding housing, and guest appearances at three sold out shows at Madison Square Garden with no idea how to do any of it. A decade later it looked like building a diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging program from scratch at a global tech company because it needed to exist. More recently it looked like raising nearly $12,000 in a month for a trans-owned boxing gym to offer free classes for queer and trans folks.

This capacity is what I bring to coaching, to consulting, and to every community and project I'm part of.

Project Open Arms
Anti-trans legislation is spreading across the US, and many trans folks are being pushed to find safer places to live. Part of TRACTION PNW, this Seattle-based grassroots relocation support program helps make that happen. I volunteer helping people move and find housing, jobs, and community in their new home.
